At Home Furniture, we assist our customers at the level they wish to be assisted. Want to be left completely alone? Want your hand held? Whatever buying experience you prefer, we promise to deliver it. And you are never obligated to work with the same sales associate if you prefer to get different opinions. If you want to work with your “favorite” associate, that’s okay, too. There is absolutely no pressure on you and no pressure on our sales associates. There aren't many (if any) furniture stores with salaried sales associates. Ours are because we've found that it's the best way to make sure that our customers needs are not only met, but given the highest priority of everything we do in our business.

The prices on the tags in our store are the prices for everyone. Like the car company, we were doing "Saturn” long before Saturn was doing Saturn.
Our prices are already discounted compared to what most competitors sell similar products for. We simply don’t mark up our furniture as much as other furniture stores do. In many cases, our everyday prices are better than other local furniture store 'sale' prices.


We don't sell 'disposable' furniture. Our customers appreciate real furniture, mostly traditional, but we also offer casual as well. Our customers recognize value, appreciate quality, and thank us often for the time we take to educate them on the furniture they're considering.
We believe you want to know not only how a piece of furniture is made, but why it’s made that way, and what questions you should ask as you shop other furniture stores. We'll explain why our furniture costs what it costs versus other lower (or higher) priced merchandise available to you. We don't specialize, as many of our competitors do, in offering the cheapest brands, but certainly not the most expensive either. That's because furniture doesn't have to be extremely expensive to be of good quality.

In our business, it all comes down to one thing ... the relationships we establish with our customers. There are plenty of furniture stores in which you can shop. High Point and Hickory, North Carolina are not that far away. And online shopping is becoming easier everyday.
So why is it that customers will drive past three furniture stores to come shop with us?
The reason is how we treat our customers and how we take care of them.
We have the same enthusiasm taking care of a customer’s service issue as we do when we made the original sale. Once we gain a new customer, we will do everything in our power to make sure that customer remains our customer for years, even generations, to come.
